Role Description The Front Desk Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based at Chandan Dental Pvt Ltd in Vadodara. The Front Desk Executive will greet and assist patients, manage check-in and check-out processes, schedule and confirm appointments, and maintain an organized reception area. The role includes answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, coordinating with clinical staff on patient flow, and updating basic patient information in records or software systems. The Front Desk Executive will handle billing-related queries, guide patients on basic procedures and documentation, and ensure a welcoming, professional, and efficient experience for every visitor. The position requires consistent punctuality, adherence to clinic protocols, and a calm, courteous approach in a busy clinical environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Receptionist Duties skills to manage patient interactions, check-in/check-out, and appointment scheduling professionally.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact clearly, respectfully, and empathetically with patients, families, and team members.
- Professional Phone Etiquette to handle calls, provide accurate information, and route inquiries efficiently.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with office or clinic management software (appointment scheduling, data entry, email handling).
- Ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced clinical setting.
- Prior experience in a front office, hospitality, or healthcare reception role is preferred.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; additional training in office administration or healthcare support is an advantage.
